Arvind’s comment : In my write-up I gave some facts to justify why I’m calling this article “ bundle of lies” .Did you refuted any of my points , on funny comments by some Ranbir singh , and rational behind the unacceptability of intra gotra marriage in clan system ?
I focused on core issue , “Same gotra marriage” , not wanted to mix with other issues because while the “Same Gotra Marriage “ has greater significance in our life and observed by entire community as well as has historical and scientific significance . While other issues in article are subjective in nature , not necessary entire community have the same belief on that . So I tried to put forward our opinion on that and tried to explain the rational so that outsider can have the insider’s point of view before jumping to conclusion.
So , did I justify Gender bias and abortion of female foetuses in my write –up , No. This is social evil and not limited to any social and geographical cluster bur present across india.
But it seems you have decided to not to take cognizance of other’s view on core issue and happy to live in prejudice , and recently watching a lot of news related to afpak because you are using the terms like Mullah ,Fatwa..etc freely.
He says they're keeping the 2000year old bloodline of the Jats clean & pure but I ask you, Mr. Arvind, why should a 'blood-thirsty" bloodline of these Stone-Age Jats be allowed to even exist leave alone function in this horrible and brutal manner.
Arvind’s comment : A set of rules, regulations (known as constitution) are required to function a society, nation , state. This indo Aryan race(nation) also has it’s time tested rules and regulations like “ unacceptability of intra gotra marriage” , and penalty for those who don’t follow the constitution of the nation .Major offender will be penalized majorly .If some one get penalized because not observing the constitution of State , would you call it “blood-thirsty” State ,probably not , because this is punishment from state.
Here constitution of our nation don’t see eye to eye with the constitution of State on “Same Gotra marriage” , because State looking at it from Hindu Marriage Act , which doesn’t support our tradition . So HMA should take count of our custom Or consider us Indo-Aryan not Hindu , to avoid the conflict between constitution of nation and state.

These and so many such practices have reduced the term “Hindu” into laughing stock in the eye of other religion.
So , those who are responsible for all these evil to society from ages , and still promoting ,shouldn’t have the right to exist .Raise you voice these exploitation .Historically these Brahmin/puranic people did more harm than goods to everything under the sun in this country.
Who gives them the right, Mr Arvind, to cold-bloodedly mow down people, gang rape women & burn them alive, commit whole-sale female foeticide, etc...?
Arvind’s cooment : Do you have any evidence whether Khap Panchayat ordered gang rape women ,burn alive , female feticides etc. Don’t go by heresy or your assumption and tarnish the image of khaps. Even a matter related to yadav and other community you wrongfully attributed to Tevatia Khap.
Sinful act of clan marriage can destroy the social fabrics of gotra and village social system , So this race punish the offenders as per their constitution of nation .
You seem to be an educated man, Mr Arvind, but I think that education is only skin-deep because no-one in their right senses, can defend 'honor killings', extortation, public floggings, lynchings, banning music and cricket, etc.
Arvind’s comment: How can you justify the marriage between brother and sister ?. This is more than a crime , it’s sin .I have no objection if somebody practice this in their family as it’s none of my business , but we will not allow this in our family and that is our clan . Our elders decide on such matters , and suggest some corrective action , in some cases it may be capital punishment considering the enormity and to establish clear “NO” for such behavior. This is not “honor Killing” , this is punishment.
Khap panchayts are not every day affair , distributing floggings orders on day to day basis on drop of hat . Their decision and orders are on the important issues only and far more serious affair than you projected . Refrain from creating an afpak impression . I search google not an single incidence of flogging order from Khap found .
If People are banning DJ or Cricet , just because these activities don’t go well with village life . Cricket is much more expensive than Kabbadi , Kho-Kho , wrestling , Volleyball , football . In village life there is no weekends , they can’t afford there man spend whole day in front of TV , if getting addicted to this. You people really need to develop social sensibility for other community..
Why don't you make better use of your education, try and bring them into the mainstream, expose them to the liberlised world and maybe they just might, just might, see the error of their ways.

Tell me on which parameter you want to judge the mainstream , historically , economically , politically , socially …etc. Don’t worry about us , this is our family affair and we believe on our elders since ages . If you really want to liberalized some one , it is poor peole of this country under the glitches of ponga pandits , get them liberalized first.

Had this been the case as suggested in article , community could have jettisoned the tradition of “unacceptability of intra gotra marriage” .
I hope you're listening Mr. Huda and will take some action tho' so far we've not heard anything much and Mr. Chidambaram, saying "we must hang our heads in shame" is just not enough, in-fact its an admission of your inability to take aaction.
Arvind’s comment : Only sensible action these politician can take , is to amend the Hindu marriage act , to accommodate the tradition of community . Any other action will be misadventure and this may lead us to clear disassociation from the term “Hindu” and even to seek for a separate homeland “ Arya Desh” to protect our traditions.
But I still have faith in our Judiciary and I sincerely hope that in the days to come we shall see the disbanding of the Khaps and the guilty brought to book.

Hue and cry by city slickers and a section of media on a non issue , is not even in the category on any threat that Khaps have seen in the past. These Khap panchayat deserve a lot of respect as these helped this country to evolve into a republic . These are not difficult to understand but one has to be free from prejudice and ready to gain some understanding and develop social sensibilities.
